MYOB ANNOUNCES GREENTREE ACQUISITION
Leading cloud based business management solutions provider MYOB Group Ltd (ASX: MYO) has today announced its acquisition of the Greentree group of companies with immediate effect.
To add a little context to the situation, it should be noted that Greentree was not actually up for sale prior to the MYOB acquisition and we believe that this development will only be positive for the long-term stability of the company.
Harry Mowat, MD of Greentree UK, has announced that it will be business as usual for Greentree and all its UK customers going forward.
